INGENIOUS project officially launched!

Last week, the INGENIOUS project (INnovative Geothermal Exploration through Novel Investigations Of Undiscovered Systems) team held it’s first official meeting to kickoff this new project funded by the U.S. Department of Energy Geothermal Technologies Office. Led by GBCGE researchers, the INGENIOUS team includes over 35 collaborators (almost everyone joined the first call!) and we are all excited to get started on this ambitious project. Our project aim is to accelerate discoveries of new, commercially viable hidden geothermal systems in the Great Basin region by reducing the exploration and development risks.
