Nevada Today story: Phase 3 of the Nevada Play Fairway project underway
GBCGE researcher Dr. Jim Faulds was featured in UNR’s Nevada Today, discussing phase III of the Nevada Geothermal Play Fairway Project. Phase III moved the project into an exploratory drilling campaign that tested the ability of the models developed in Phase I and II to discover new geothermal resources in the Great Basin region. Dr. Faulds and his team received $1.5 million from the DOE to finish the third and final phase of the project.
