National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine: Earth Resources committee fall meeting on diversity in the energy sector.
For it’s fall meeting, Earth Resources Standing Committee member Dr. Bridget Ayling contributed to a panel discussion that explored the future energy portfolio and pathways for the future energy workforce to develop the fundamental capabilities, skills, training, and a Just Equitable Diverse and Inclusive (JEDI) workforce that are needed to help the Nation move successfully through the energy transition.
